Garands

Just picked up my second Garand - I'm getting addicted :eek:
Received my 12-54 H&R Service Grade today my buddy measured the barrel & throat and it measure like very low round count TE=1 MW=1. Receiver & barrel numbers match. Gonna take it for an accuracy test tomrrow!

I know they need some stock work, however, kinda like the dents & ding character.
If the H&R shoots as good as the Springfield I will be very happy

Sweet dude! I want another Garand so bad I can taste it but I can't spare the $$$...I hope I can turn it around before the CMP runs dry for good :o
