Hi, I am looking for the best cleaner, lubricant and protector. I hear Weapon shield is great.
Does it clean lead and copper and lube handguns as well?

Is it available on midway usa?

And whats its full name?

Liek just weapon shield or weapon shield clp or what?

Thanks

I have used W.S. for some time now and really like it. Probably by just googling it up or you can buy it at the MP store at; http://mp-pistol.com/boards/index.php?http://mp-pistol.com/boards/

great stuff!

you may need something else for the really tough "C"...but it cant be beat for the "LP".

it also makes the next cleaning easier, the more you use it.

the Olympic Arms Owner Association sells the 16oz bottles(arround $24-$25 after shipping).

Read from there.

That was all just shy of a year ago. Today I still use Weaponshield on all of my firearms. As for cleaning, I do use a foaming bore cleaner to remove copper fouling but after a few treatments I found most of the lead fouling scrubs right out.

I don't think it tackles lead and copper all that well. But, I use another product or two to tackle this anyway...

I does a great job of cleaning powder residue and grime, etc. off of your firearm. The lubricating properties that I've experienced is very good. I would highly recommend it as one of many that lubes well.

I don't have long term personal experiences with the corrosion protection quality. There's plenty of tests conducted out there and many people have performed some of their own experiments. From what I've read, it is one of the better protectants.

I think WeaponShield is a good product. I'd use this product if I didn't have my own preference or if I'm in a pinch. Eezox IMHO, is the better product for my methods to my madness. But, don't get me wrong. WeaponShield is one of the best products that I've used to date.

I really like the Weaponshield, I tried it when they were offering the trial bottles so you could test their product. I ordered a 16 oz bottle a week after trying it out, it's the best CLP I've ever used and as a lube I don't think you can beat it. It also makes your gun safe smell good, like cinammon:D I did use Shooter's Choice to remove the copper fouling about once a month before switching from Break Free CLP but haven't touched it since I switched to Weapon Shield, the copper fouling just doesn't seem to build up anymore.
