New Zogby poll shows 71% believe moral decline needs to change. That's right, 71%. Does not bode well for Gore/Clinton. Probably why the married couples are going for Bush. Anyway Issues:
Saving Social Security big.
Helping uninsured second.
Tax cut is next.

Probably Convention Bounce, but if Gore can only close to 8 pts, Bush will be hard to beat. State by state is looking worse for Gore than these national polls.
