H&K .45 compact or Kimber eclipse / Kimber Covert?

Hey all, I'm new to the forums; but very old friends with firearms:). I'm debating between these pistols as a carry piece. I already own a Colt Defender which has served me very well - my wife really wants it for herself...Anyhow, these are my top picks so far. I am looking for reliability and accuracy. I also considered a Kahr .45; but have heard many mixed reviews. I appreciate the input.

H&K for me. A Kimber is very low on the list of 1911's I'd ever consider. Now if it was a nice Springfield loaded or something I might have to do some thinking.
