he doesnt understand the ATF shipping guidlines and demanded that i ship a firearm from another ffl.
he's only in the biz for the dollar and wants to make it harder for us to buy/ sell on-line.

Don't know if I'd get worked up about it. Many FFL's won't accept shipment from non-FFL's. Even though it's legal, doesn't mean they have to do it. In the area I live nobody will accept from a non-FFL, so I make sure that before I make a deal that the package will be shipped from an FFL.

This is most often a CYA rather than an attempt to squeeze a few bucks out of someone. (Particularly in this instance when he won't even get the money.)
