ar30 as a nra match rifle

i have a ar30 in 300 win mag. curious if it would be a decent any rifle any sight (read that as in scope) gun for a 4 gun 600yd prone rifle. i have a dcm bushie for the service rifle catorgory. due to my 52 year old eyes i would like to skate by in a least one 22 min segment with a scope. thanks for your opinion, bobn

I am not a big time rifle shooter, just a little F-class; but I have seen one AR-30 .300 magnum. It did ok.
