Question on what type of handguns were used in the Movie "CRANK"

I am completely new to Handguns and the different Models and Makes. I was curious what type of handguns were used in the Movie Crank? One looked like it was using rounds like a FN Five-Seven 5.7X28, was that a FN or is there another handgun that uses similar rifle shell appearance rounds?

The ones I saw the most were the Springfield XDs, few Desert Eagles were in there as well. John
