Winchester M70 Stealth Heavy Barrel, need manual

Hi Guys,

I just bought a used Winchester M70 Stealth Heavy Barrel

It has a 26" long round bull barrel, .223rem, H&S Precision Black Stock and the rifle is all black, teflon I think.

I understand that the action bolts (3) are supposed to be torqued to a certain spec. on the stock.

I looked on Winchesters Site but they only have a generic manual for the Model 70.

Anyone have PDF of the manual for my gun or the torque specs.
