Just one example. Contrary to what they say,Texas CHL students (and renewals) must show proficiency with a handgun by shooting at least 175 (poss 250) points. Hey, it isn't a "Master" course of fire but they must shoot at 3, 7, & 15 yards and it is all (rather generously) timed fire. No pass = no form TR100. No form = no CHL.

I need a chill pill....and some Mylanta.

My GF has just read the page and thinks that every argumant they made is crap. I wonder if she's look more kndly on my plans to get a 20mm Oerlicon for my car, now that she's seen the opposition <g>

Also, remind me not to try for brain shots...obviously, not a vital organ for that crowd.
