fair value for a bhp

I am thinking of buying a Browning Hi-Power 9mm. Looking a polished blue rig with adj sights and checkered wood grips, 2 13rd mags, made in Belgium but assembled in Portugal. Box, papers, etc and the gun is in very fine condition. So what do you think a fair price should be for this pistol? Think it was made late 80s or early 90s. All thoughts and opinions welcomed.
