I haven't had much time for reading lately. And I just recently heard about the new high performance 20 ga slugs. Coincidently I am now in the market for a 20 ga slug gun.
My wife has decided to go deer hunting this year. Some guys will use any excuse to buy a new gun. But what can she say it's for her.
Has anybody read anything about the new slugs & which guns shoot them best? I did very little research on the net & didn't come up with anything other than this forum. Which by the way seems to be a pretty good find.
Thanks

If its for you wife, you should concider the 20 Ga Mossberg slugster combo. It has a substantial recoil pad and is ported. I just bought one on sale for $249.00. Slug guns tend to intimidate the recoil sensitive and you do not want to discourage her. The remington copper solids seem to have decent accuracy and average recoil. A recoil pad at the range will help also.

NOTE: Sight any slug gun in before letting her shoot it.
