45LC in .410?

I have a Western Field .410 bolt-action, tube fed shotgun. Could I fire 45LC ammo through this on a single-shot basis? Any problems?

Probably would not work. No rifling, and diameter of bore is larger.......Would work the other way around in some cases....My T/C barrel is .410/ 45 LC

You will blow your gun up, and possibly yourself. .410 bore diameter if full choke about .392, .45 Long Colt diameter about .452.
