I've shot a Smith & Wesson M & P 38 revolver..it is a fine gun!!

I've shot it. I've posted about the 40 several times here and on THR. Short version, I thought the M&P was going to be the best polymer pistol on the market. I recently shot the 9mm... I liked it even better.
