Kimber Compact Mainspring Housing

I want to replace the plastic mainspring housing on my Kimber Compact. Is the KC's mainspring housing the same as the Officers Model housing?

Yes it is the same.If you are happy with a flat mainspring housing Wilson Combat sells some good ones.You will have to do some minor fitting when you install a new mainspring housing, but it is not too difficult.
