I was in our local Gander Mountain yesterday, and I noticed a Hi-Standard 1911 "mil-spec". I didn't know Hi-Standard was still in business. Are they? I guess this was a new gun, it was in the new gun case anyway. Looked new.
Anybody know anything about them? Are they made by someone else and Hi-Standard puts their name on them, someone buy Hi-Standards name or what?
