info on Gunsmiths

I have a Rem 700 PSS and was wanting to get some work done to it. If you know any reputable gunsmiths could you give me some info or a website to check them out. I was wanting a trigger, probably a Shilen. I was also thinking of having the the action trued up and a skimcoat if the action looked like it needed it. Thanks
