I'm looking for someone who can take what's left of a broken gunstock(missing everything behind the receiver)and produce a 90% inletted stock. Nothing fancy required but I'd prefer to have it made from laminated wood for the extra strength. Anyone have any ideas to pass on?
Thanks,
Don

Is the receiver a modern, common maker/model ? Boyd's makes semi-inletted stocks for a lot of common rifles. Check out their list at www.boydboys.com (http://www.boydboys.com)

I can see that I should have put a little more information in my post. The gun is an oddball type from the late 1950s. A Mossberg 200D 12 ga pumpgun with a one piece stock like thier old bolt action shotguns. It was a short production run and nothing very similar ever made. It's gonna have to be a "start from scratch" job. I shouldn't bother but the thing belonged to a cousin and came to me after his death. It's more of a reminder of days in the field long past, than any real need for another shotgun.
