Advice for a Lefty

Any lefty's out there with any advice or opinions on 1911's and what modifications, if any, were useful.

My 1911 is stock except for a sight change and bushing. Browning, as I understand, was a lefty and his design fits a lefty really well. Fits this lefty really well. sundog
