Jeremy,

That is tough, because the P 01 is sort of the evolution of the 75 B design. I really liked the P 01 but my brother really wanted it and I was able to get 2 75 B compacts from Ron Falk, for $355.00 each and shipped. Couldn't pass that one up, but I sure do miss the P 01.

BUT, I couldn't be any happier though with the twins. Just absolute high quality finish, ergonomics, and accuracy is mind-boggling out of the box. You cannot go wrong with either one, but if you are married and want the wife to be able to pick up one or the other on a regular basis, you need to take that into consideration because they are a bit different in weight distribution.

I feel very confident with my CZs, and I think alot of others are also. They are NOT cheap, do not look cheap, and prices are creeping up slowly now that people are becoming more aware of them.

two differences, the p-01 has a lighter alloy frame, 75 is steel i believe. The p-01 you cant carry cocked and locked. the 75 you can.
So get the best of both worlds compact 75.

I would go with the PO1, just because I can never find one under $400, even a use one. This means that people don't sell them and they hold their value more than the 75b.

Well right now I would just use it to shoot but later I would like to carry. :)

Also consider the CZ-75D PCR. Its basically a P-01 without the light rail. Its better for carry than a 75B as its lighter or P-01 as its slimmer in the muzzle. The PCR is still large enough to be a fun and accurate range gun.
