cz 527 carbine front sight ramp

I have a cz 527 carbine in .223 I would like to remove the front sight ramp.
Is it sweated on? There is a screw under the front sight but that does not
let it come off.

I asked to quick. If anyone wants to know. I took the screw that was under the front sight out and gave it a little tapl. It is held on by the one screw and what looks like a type of glue.

thats probably thread locker. take a soldering iron and put the tip on the screw until the glue liquifies. I'm not a smith so wait for verification of what I say on this forum before acting
