Cz 52

A local pawn shop has a CZ52 in 9mm for 139.00 it comes with 2 mags and a cleaning rod....my question is, is this a good price.

That's just a little bit high unless the pistol is in exceptional shape.

They are selling for about $100 on the internet.
However if you factor in the transfer fee that a dealer is gunna charge and shipping, yeah, I'd say go for it!!

I paid a little more than that at a gun shop in Scottsdale!!

That is a good price for a 9mm. The $100 ones are in 7.62x25 and any 9mm ones I've ever seen go for at least $150. I'd buy it then resell it for more $ and buy a cheaper one in 7.62.

I am thinking about going back down there tomorrow and picking it up, it is in great shape and the only other one I have seen in this area was 200 so I think I will get it...I need a 9mm anyway

The barrel is a conversion from the original 7.62x25 and there have been problems reported with some of these conversions (refer to Makarov.com (http://makarov.com/cz52/index.html).

Get a C&R license and then you can get as many CZ52's as you want for around $100.

yeah i would say buy it. The sites arent good but it would be a great plinking gun.
