You could purchase one on the international small arms black market. Try to find your local Triad representative, or, if necessary, travel to Hong Kong. Alternatively, wait several decades and a couple will have found their way into the gun markets of Yemen. Finally, you can purchase a small country and import them (at least, the export version in 5.56x45mm NATO, which might be to your advantage).
