Source for suppressors

Got a PA 63 in 9 x18 mak that after a spring change is a fun gun to shoot. However it ejects the brass which I like to reload into high earth orbit. To solve this problem, I have taken to shooting from the shed at our range so I can find the brass. This has led to another problem, even with ears on the noise in the small shed gets to be quite a bit. I posted on gunboards in the makarov forum a while back, but didn't get an answer looking for a can maker online who does them in 9X18 mak. If I could find a can maker who does them I would like to start the process.

Cost of PA-63: $125

Cost of ammo for PA-63: $7/50 rounds

Cost of Transfer tax for supressor: $200

Cost for supressor: $400+

Cost of headaches trying to get Form 2 paperwork done: ulcers, time off from work, miles on car

Better solution: by cheap 9x18 ammo from ammoman.com or at the gun show and do not bother reloading it. Seriously, why spend so much money on a cheap gun that shoots cheap as hell surplus ammo?

Haven't looked at prices yet, but iI think it is safe to assume they are high. From sounds of it as long as I register before making one, I can make my own legally. Anyone been through the process of making your own care to share the process?
