Subscribe to thread with fewer clicks?

One of the most common actions I take on a thread is to subscribe to it. On older versions of vB, I can do this with one click, then Control-W to close the frame/tab as soon as the "redirect" page starts to load.

With the newer version in use here, it seems to take two mouse clicks and one extra page load. Is there any way around that?

I cant figure out how to subscribe to threads. THR has a link at the bottom of the thread that you just click.

Good news though: I found out how to get my subscriptions for when I post. Now I just need to figure out how to subscribe to others, so I can subscribe to teh ones I already posted to.

Look for "Thread tools" at the top of the first post in this thread. There's a pull down that includes "subscribe to this thread."
