Have seen a number of comments around the Kahr customer service, or lack of it. So I wanted to let you all know of a good experience with Kahr.
I called them today about a problem I have with my P9, they knew what it was and sent me the part over night, the rep Javier also offered to talk my gunsmith through the install if needed. He even included a couple of extra parts that I didn't ask for but had improved since I bought my P9.
All of the above at no charge, he also offered if that did not fix the problem to have fedex pick up my gun at their cost.
