I believe that is a Sako TRG 22, or TRG 42.

Skullboy.

I think its a TRG-22 in .308. Cool...but it won't keep you warm at night ;)

Definately a Sako TRG. My guess is in either 300 WM or 338 Laupa. The muzzle attachment wouldn't be nessesary on .308. I myselft have been wanting a TRG-42 in .338 Laupa. someday it will happen. Very nice rilfe!

It's a Sako TRG-42 (http://sako2.nitrofx.com/sako/trg_42.html) with a black stock and a blued barrel & action. FAL_Freak is correct, it's offered in either .300 Win. Mag. or .338 Lapua Mag. calibers. Hope this helps!

Nice gun!

But....A Springfield scope? That sucker is just begging for a Schmidt and Bender. :D

Good luck with it.

I thought it was a 42 at first as well. But look at the length of the action/magwell...looks like a short action to me.

the wife hint was to indicate that it cost more than 750.00.:) the scope is the one that came on it. Have'nt replaced it yet. It's a TRG 21 the muzzle brake is threaded so I can suppress(sp.) it later.
would like a mirage band for it but it is a fine gun! I was forgiven eventually. It took a vacation to paris for two weeks for my wife and her sister. but it was worth it. Hope she does'nt find out about the suppressed mark23:D

and a multi-volume set on "Fiscal Management: Off-shore Banking Practices and Dummy Corporations to hide from the Wife Unapproved and Unauthorized Purchases, which Cannot be Stashed into a Previously Established Trust Fund due to Governmetal Monitoring and Spousal Interference" :D Never done that myself. That I remember.
