Any G29 fans out there?

If so, what ammo do you use for CCW? I am guessing Silvertips and Cor bon main choices.

Anyone use it for hunting or insurance shots on downed game? What loads did you use?

Somehow I think my 29 would be my last firearm to sell. I use it around my place for varmints and wild dogs these days and silvertips are excellant if you get a decent price by buying a 200rd case of them.

From ohio, can't help other than that. Some research will show a few 29 owners.

I put a 6 inch barrel in my glock 20, I think for the 29 the longest is 5.5 inch so some states that want a 6 inch barrel will not be accepting of the 29.

My 29 is my primary CCW gun. It eats ProLoad 180gr GoldDots.

I love mine, I stoke it with Triton 155 Quik-shoks.

I think I will be in the market for one of these in the next few months. Any issues with hot loads, like original Norma spec stuff, besides some more muzzle flip?

I have two of them. It's an excellent handgun. Nothing comes close to it if you want a compact package that holds 10+1 rounds of potent 10mm.

Glock 29-Can't go wrong with that.Just get the 20 to go with it.:D

Besides,There is an ancient proverb,"A nine is fine,But a 10 is zen,Again and again."

Love mine. It's loaded w/Silvertips right now, but Cor-Bons in 135 or 155gr flavors or Georgia Arms 155gr Shear Power Plus are other favorites.

I have a 20. I keep it loaded with 180 grain Starfires. Great gun.
