Colt #TE6700DC Flat Top Upper - Any opinions?

Does anyone have any experience with this upper? It is available through Kiesler's Wholesale at $599

It has a 20" extra heavy barrel, 1-8 twist, and a free floated barrel.

I'm considering it for my Colt lower.

It's Colt's standard M4 flat top upper with a "match-grade" 1X8 twist stainless barrel installed. No carry handle included. I have seen a few of these and they appeared to be of very good quality. I contacted Colt about this upper, as I also was considering one for target work. They wouldn't tell me who made the barrels for them, but only that they didn't make them. They did say that they will stand behind the product as if it was their own.

Not that good of an answer, but I hope it helps a little.
