My Brother-in-law has a Ruger P90DC in excellent condition. He was asked to trade it for a Navy Arms 1873 Winchester
Replica in 44-40 that is also in excellent condition. Is this a good trade? What is the availability and cost of 44-40 ammunition? Thanks in advance for any
information that can be provided.

Can't tell you about the cost of 44-40, but thanks to the Cowboy Action Shooting being so popular, it's not hard to get anymore. Myself, I'd trade the Ruger for the Navy Arms Winchester replica.
