'Bonded' golden sabre available to us outside LE?

Is the bonded version now available to civies? I've read a couple of different posts that have indicated such, but have not seen it either locally or online.

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is true or not, and if anyone knows of an online source to obtain it.

One of the local police equipment stores here has them for sale out on the rack,so I would say "Yes".I haven't purchased any yet so I'm not 100% sure but usually when they are on the rack then they are available for civilians....at least here.
In fact the only restricted ammo here is the Winchester Ranger/T series and no one stocks them in my city because no agency uses them as issue.
