Are the 59 and 69 Series magazines interchangeable in the same calibers?

Just a little more clarification - 59 and 69 series were in 9mm only per my understanding. The 59 series 14/15 round mags will fit and function in a 469/669/6904/etc but will be too long for the grip and protrude approx 1/2" or so. Conversely - the 69 series mags are too short to lock into/function in a 59/459/659/5904/etc. Either the 59 or the 69 series will fit/function in a Marlin 9mm Camp Carbine. Good luck ...

Mike and Geo, Thanks for the info. I have a Kel-Tec P11, a S&W 5904 and Camp Carbine. The magazines are interchangeable except the 10 round which is obviously too short for the 5904.

The reason I asked is CDNN has a 12 round that is factory S&W 69 series factory that I would like to try in the Kel-Tec. This would give me a longer grip which I need, without having to buy the extension, plus more capacity. They are advertizing the magazines in the Kel-Tec as well as S&W magazine areas in their catalog.

BTW, the 20 round S&W are sure fun in the Marlin:D---Chainsaw
