What's the best choice for a solid scope mount for an Enfield Mk4 No2?

The Cad-Tek mount from Brownell's...It installs on the left side of the receiver neatly just like a No4Mk1 (T) mount, but without drilling holes, by utilizing the ejector screw and the safety screw. Very solid, and the scope can be removed and replaced without disturbing the zero. Nothing else comes close. It does mount the scope rather high, but if that's a problem, there are plenty of aftermarket No4Mk1 (T) cheek pads available.
I'm sure if you asked on www.britishguns.net somebody would post a picture of one mounted on a No4.
