You might want to take the skins off the server and reseat the memory, any cards and all the connections, and make sure any socketed chips aren't "standing up in their sockets". Seen far too many boxes that have been moved from one room or desk to another get their innards jostled around and not boot. Classic symptoms of a loose or dirty connection.
