Prices vary in different parts of the country. My guess is that Southern California prices would be slightly higher. That condition stated, in Northern Nevada, these models of Taurus run about $350 for the blue model and $400 for the stainless one. Since you are stuck with the ten round magazine, I would not pay more than $450 for either one. Taurus does have excellent customer service. They stand behind their products. You could do a lot worse than buying a Taurus.
