Ballistic Gelatin tests

I'm interested in performing some ballistic gelatin tests using M193 5.56 NATO ammunition.

Where's is the best place to buy the gelatin? Any tips on mixing? Recovering the bullet fragments? Do I need to make a mold? Or can they be bought?

Any and all pertinent info would be greatly appreciated.

Try search?

I got 12 hits on "gelatin" with search.
