I have a Remington 870 again...
I picked up my Remington 870 Police shotgun today. I had a couple 870s years ago (one was one of the Wilson Arms WP870s, which was an AOW), and after fondling my new one today, I realize how much I missed them. I especially like the lack of the PC features on the Police model, such as no dimples on the magazine tube, and no key lock on the safety. The follower is also blaze orange. I racked the action several time, and cannot wait to go out to put a few dozen shells through it.

Hi Dr. Ken! Cycling the 870's action feels just right, doesn't it? I like that setup so much that I've got two of 'em with the +2 and shorties.
They really are tough guy weapons! Just remember to work the slide with authority. Regards, -- Brian Last edited by brionic; October 30, 2001 at 04:35 AM. |
