Benelli M4

The Benelli M4 web site indicates that it will be available for civilian sale: http://www.benelliusa.com/m4_super90/index.htm

However, doesn't it have enough "evil" features to make it classified as a non-civilian weapon (pistol-grip stock, semi-automatic, extended magazine tube)? Or, will one feature (like the extended magazine tube) be removed for civilian sale?

As configured there, it cannot be sold within the US as it is in conflict with provisions of 94 AW Ban. Yes, if they ditched the stock for a traditional one, or reduced the capacity, it should be fine.

So many toys, so little money.

Thanks, Benjamin, for the info. I hope they decide to ditch the magazine extension to make it available to us mere mortals. The stock is a nify thing that I'd like to have.

sheesh... I can very much go for the M4 if I had to "put up with" a standard stock. Sounds like an awesome shotgun... I recently read an article about it in some rag, got very good reviews from the USMC...
