WTK price on 20 guage

I was at a garage sale today and there was a Harrington & Richardson 20 guage single shot there. It had a synthetic stock and a very short barrel. I'm pretty sure it is legal.

I was wondering what a fair price for it would be it was in good condition and marked $90.00

I think you can pick up a new one at Wal-Mart for less than $90.
I would offer them $30 to $45 for it---because that's all a used one is worth.
