Training / Classes for shotgun and handgun - So. Cali

I'm looking for a quality handgun and shotgun training in the southern california area. I live in los angeles willing to drive quite a ways for quality. Looking for training in tactical/practical. Have a pretty good backround on the handgun and a decent shot (of course that's only my opinion). Training including CQC, cover shooting, low light, etc. Frontsite and Gunsite are around 3-4 hours away so I've heard but a bit on the pricey side. Thanks for any suggestions.
P.S. Has Anybody tried the Frontsite Courses. Any opinions???

I believe that he is in Huntington Beach, Ca

All said, I have never taken a class from him.
