Shotshell ?

I have some S & B grey cases with the roll crimp. Can these be reloaded with the standard 6 or 8 point crimp. If so what's the data you used as I can't find anything on these in any book. Hodgdon emailed me back that they had no info on it as well. Has anyone tried this ? Nice cases, would hate to throw them out for lack of knowledge. Thank's for the help.

Check their length against some other hulls. IIRC, many roll crimped hulls are shorter than their skivved cousins. Better question: where do you find load data for those hulls?

Gray cases? Would they be steel? Did you do a magnet test? I have only seen brass cases in S&B.
What caliber are they? Do you mean they have crimped in primers?
