Mounting my Trius One Step

I had seen somewhere in a previous post about a spare tire mount for the Trius One Step. Is there a mounting system you can buy for this? Or is it something you have to rig yourself?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

My understanding is that you stick the butt into the tire (off the rim) and tie the front end down.
