MD: Cetmes: Regulated firearm?

I'm in Maryland, and under 21, the list of regulated firearms in MD sure limits my choices in .308 battle rifles, but Cetmes are not listed, while "HK-91 A3" is specifically listed. Does the MDSP consider Cetmes to be HK-91A3 variants?

Your local gun store should be able to tell you. They should also have a brochure that lists regulated weapons. A call to the state police may or may not get you the correct answer.
