I can't seem to remove the Sizing Die from position 1
on my Dillon Square Deal B. I've tried turning it, lube
and foring from the bottom with a nylon tool. Best I can do
is get the top of the barrel just above the frame surface.
When I look at the frame and die from the top, it looks like the hole at position 1 is NOT perfectly round.

Excellent advice from lodraw--
Dillon has the best product support of any sporting goods company with which I've ever had dealings.
Their help line is staffed by knowledgeable users of their products--You'll get good, useful informaiton, and I seriously doubt, whatever happens, that it'll cost you a dime--other than possibly one-way shipping if you have to send your press to them. The ongoing philosophy there is, "If you can break it, we can fix it--Free."
They've made good on some things that I freely admitted were MY fault. Still free.
Their toll free number is 800-223-4570. Easy to remember, huh?
Sorry you have to do without your press for a short time, though. I know how impatient I am when the loading mood is upon me!
Best of luck--
