What do Ya'll think of this one?

I don't have the story yet just pictures. However the guy in the picture is my Brother-in-law's older brother. This deer was hunted less than 10 miles from the house I grew up in out on the plains of SE Colorado. He's going to submit this one to P&Y.

I would have shot that one purely for self defense.

Must be one of them newfangled hotrod deer. He grew his right antler in the shape of flames!

A buck of a lifetime for sure.

And to take it with a bow makes it just that much more special.

Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime deer. It should score well abut not super high; it is very symmetrical and massive, just not a lot of length to the tines.

My understanding is that the trophies at Cabela's have casts of the antlers; the owner/shooter still has the original. So, maybe they would pay a decent fee to make a mold of that set. Worth checking into, anyway.

Pass on our congratulations to him for that beast. I would have a hard time not falling out of the tree if that thing walked out in front of me.

To see something that big up close. I'd be shacking so bad I'd probably end up having a heart attack. Talk about the Buck of a lifetime. My Goodness that one sure qualifies.
