VersaCarry for full size 1911?

Does anyone personally use the VersaCarry device for a full size 1911? If so what are your thoughts on it as far as the practical application aspect, comfort etc.

Currently I use an inside the belt handmade holster that my Dad gave me that he inherited from his friend from a long time ago (I know, its not really relevant)

There is nothing wrong with what I have, but my friend Rod showed me his VersaCarry he uses for his M&P Smith, and he absolutely loves it.

Im a huge supporter of "If it aint broke don't fix it" but also if there's a new way that is better, I'm all for that as long as it works!

It sucks for draw practice because "reholstering" is such a PITA. I gave mine up because of that. Good idea in theory; not too practical in practice.
