When was the last time you saw a brick of 22 ammo in a store?

When was the last time you saw a brick of 22 ammo in a store? I haven't seen one in over 9 months. I talked to a sales person at Walmart who said they had a few bricks last week but they were sold within an hour. Does anyone know why .22 bulk ammo is still so hard to find?

It's been a while. I do see some of the Federal target ammo in 325 round boxes. I'm having trouble getting the Remington Golden bullets to work in my .22 auto. I have buckets of it. Can't find much federal bulk HP or CCI mini mag.

Locally the stuff is still like gold. The only bricks I've been able to purchase have been online transactions only.

I just bought a couple of "bricks" of Winchester M-22 at Walmart.

Funny thing, the shelves were empty and I asked the sales person if they ever got any .22LR in. He said, every once in a while.

10 minutes later the same sales rep hunted me down in the store and said he just got a carton in. Amazing! I bought a couple.

It was GREAT service!! At least, for me!

Thanks, but we have a "Where is Everything?" thread down in General Discussions.
