Custom 1911 in .45, 10mm, and .38 Super/9mm. It has self contained slide assemblies (using two piece guide rods), and can be changed over in seconds. [IMG][/IMG]

Nice. I've never really considered green or tan but these examples are attractive and do look...natural.
Now - can anybody help me understand why Beretta iwould offer their new PICO in white?
I mean isn't white going to look like crap in no time?

I am not a green gun fan. Olive drab even less so. No disrespect for those who do like them. You are welcome to all of them.

I suspect a white pistol would look bad in no time meaning like right out of the box.

I don't considered our Glocks we have in the Flat Dark Earth "green" so I didn't mention them. I think they are ugly, other half likes them..

OD G17. One of the last ones made... before they started making them again.

bummer. Should've sold it for $800 when someone offered. I like the FDE ones better anyways. Still love the gun though.

Sorry.....I'm not a stickler on proper English, but the use of "gots" like that just sort of makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. I had a vision of the bad guy telling Dirty Harry 'I just gots to know' when he was wondering if Harry had fired the 6th shot out of his .44 Mag.
Maybe I should just keep my mouth shut and go get a haircut.

I am not a bad guy (unless threatened like everyone else on this forum.)

I have not a drop of Italian blood in me nor am I from Jersey or New York but there's a little guido in all of us that likes to eat spaghetti and likes mafia movies and there's just something about an olive drab frame that makes that little guido in me take over the keyboard; I don't know about the rest of youse guys.
