Colorado, Ballot initiative petition

As promised, there is a petition to get a repeal of the newly enacted magazine size limit on the ballot. The petition is not on-line, you'll have to sign it in person.

Currently the only place I have seen it available to sign is at the LGS; 5280 Armory in Arvada Colorado.

I will, and anyone else please post other locations to sign this petition when they are discovered.

Do you have a link to the petition language?

A recurring problem with ballot initiatives is that poorly chosen wording can undermine the intent of the initiative, have negative unintended consequences, and even get the whole thing thrown out in court.

Damn, I'm out of state for the next few weeks. I'll get my wife, father in law and friends to get down there and sign it.

5280 Armory's a great shop, big +1 to Matt, Gina and the girls. Got 5 of my 8 guns there...

No I don't. There are at least 2 Ballot initiative attempts under way to repeal the same law in Colorado. This is the first petition I have seen thus far. I'll have to get the language next time I'm in.
