New 10/22 Build

Started as a standard 10/22. Upgraded to Kidd Trigger, McGowen bull barrel, Revolution stock and the Sparrow suppressor. I will port a range report this weekend.

Hey how'd you get my gun?

Own nearly the same thing. I did a full kidd rifle, the evolution stock(same colors), same sparrow can but different optics, tack driver and a real pleasure to shoot.

Enjoy and curious to see how that barrel does too.

not bad. I've always thought about doing one very similar only a more traditional thumbhole(same color thought) and all matte black, possibly with fluted and threaded 920 barrel.... too much money to sink into a 22 for me though... maybe some day I'll strike it rich and can afford such projects. until then I'm stuck ogling yours.

I'm always glad to see a happy 10/22 owner. Looks good.

Nice build. I tell everybody that likes rimfires to go to rimfirecentral.com forum. There are some amazing builds on that site. A guy built his own receiver from brass stock. And as far as budget, you can build a nice custom 10/22 within a reasonable budget if you take your time buying the parts and waiting for them to go on sale.

honestly with all those fantastic parts it needs a nicer scope to do it justice. A Vortex would be nice.
