I believe they were 8 months behind during the panic. Not sure if that has changed yet.

A common problem for all !!!

My understanding is that most or all AR manufacturers are having problems getting, Bolt Carriers. There fewer companies making these than there are other AR parts. ....

Last month I spoke with one manufacturer, non-AR and they are shipping out 1500 firearms per day. They are still getting 500 orders per day and can't keep up. I placed and order in early spring and at this time, no delivery date provided. ..

It does seem midlength uppers are more available at BCM, PSA and others. I really wouldn't have waited that long for a RRA, they're not THAT good! But after this long I know it's hard to fold and move to another line.

especially that 25% cancellation restocking fee on a 625$ upper...ouch. but the reason i wanted the Coyote Carbine was because it had everything exactly how i wanted it at a reasonable price already put together. i didnt want to have to buy a 500$ upper then dump 200$ more into just to get it the way i want

The RRA is great! You should have it shortly. Who did you order it through? I ordered mine through the guys at ar15sales.com and they were able to track my progress (I didn't pester and only called once). RRA was WAY behind before the panic so I bet they are in the weeds deep. The demand for their product is a clue...

I have owned many AR's and have only found one manufacture out of the box as accurate or better than RRA....White Oak.

I ordered it directly from Rock River's website. everyone else was either out of stock or much more expensive...maybe that was a clue as to why its taking so long...

I ordered mine direct from RRA as well!
I placed an order a month or so ago for a two stage trigger and some spare springs don't know when I'll see them.

Rock River Arms order

Worth the wait. I got a comple RRA rifle a year and a half ago. Just to see what it could do I lightly sprayed it with CLP then ran 1k rounds through it. One mag after another. Mix of 855, Russian garbage, hornady custom and federal. Not one hiccup and more accurate then I am.

Enjoy!
